Registry Protocols & Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF PROTOCOL By accessing the Vault, you agree to be bound by this Registry Protocol. This is a binding agreement between the User and the Service Provider.

2. NATURE OF DATA STORAGE This platform is a private repository for the storage and visualization of heritage data. The Service Provider acts only as a host for user-inputted information and does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any historical or genealogical entries.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

  • Interpersonal Disputes: Any conflict arising from the documentation of family history or lineage.
  • Data Integrity: The accuracy of information entered by users.
  • System Access: Temporary service interruptions due to international server maintenance or technical updates.
  • Security: Unauthorized access resulting from the user failing to secure their own login credentials.

4. PRIVACY & ISOLATION Each Vault is an isolated environment. The system is architected to ensure that user data remains invisible to other registered parties. Cross-vault access is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this protocol.

5. GOVERNANCE The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance or in cases of protocol violation.
